Kellie Pickler has listed the home she formerly shared with her late husband, songwriter and musician Kyle Jacobs, who died unexpectedly earlier this year. He was 49.
The 4,865-square-foot Tudor home, located in the Green Hills neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee, is listed at $2.89 million, the listing shows. The listing describes the four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home as one that “delivers warmth, charm and comfort for gracious entertaining and everyday living.”
Metro Nashville Police Department officials responded to a call in February, when Jacobs died “from an apparent gunshot self-inflicted gunshot wound,” authorities said at that time. An autopsy confirmed his cause of death in May. Pickler, 37, spoke out publicly for the first time in August, saying, in part: “Thank you to my family, friends, and supporters, for the countless letters, calls, and messages that you have sent my way. It has truly touched my soul and it’s helping me get through the darkest time in my life.”
Pickler and Jacobs married in 2011. They co-starred in the CMT series I Love Pickler, a three-season reality series that premiered in 2015. Pickler was asleep at the time of her husband’s death earlier this year. She and a personal assistant called for help when they were unable to open the bedroom door in the couple's Nashville home.
