Do you own a heavy coat and lots of clothes to bundle up with? If the Farmers' Almanac has its way, it's going to be 'stinging cold' in Louisiana this coming winter.
If you remember last year, the Farmers' Almanac wasn't too far off. Now will it snow? You may have to ask a meteorologist that question, but then again, we can never 100% predict the weather.
