A Tennessee middle school boy has put a face on bullying that is resonating far and wide and it is touching families across the country.
Keaton Jones sobbed as his mom shot a cellphone video of the boy, who described how his classmates had abused him by pouring milk on him, among other things.
Keaton sobbing asks,"Why do you find joy in taking innocent people and finding a way to be mean to 'em? It's not okay."
His mom received an outpouring of support and wrote on her Facebook page, "I'm humbled by the voice my boy has been given, but he's still just a little boy, and he's a little boy who desperately wants acceptance."
Lots of celebs and sports stars have also started to repost the video with kind messages including.
Watching this boy cry his eyes out makes me angry and sad. As a mom this one hurts me to watch. Bullying is never okay #StandWithKeaton.
Stay strong, Keaton. Don’t let them make you turn cold. I promise it gets better. While those punks at your school are deciding what kind of people they want to be in this world, how would you and your mom like to come to the Avengers premiere in LA next year? https://t.co/s1QwCQ3toi— Chris Evans (@ChrisEvans) December 10, 2017
