A Woman Who's Done 100 Sit-Ups And Pushups Everyday of Quarantine

Some people have spent the time at home eating and drinking …while other have launched healthier pursuits. A woman in England decided to use her time in lockdown to do 100 pushups a day for 100 days. Rachel Hosie says that “going from zero pushups a day to 100 pushups a day was certainly a shock to my body.” But she completed her pushup challenge – and says the results were amazing.
